Lauren is passionate about helping people live peacefully in their bodies. She integrates mindfulness with feminist relational theory to offer a compassionate, whole-person approach to psychotherapy.

Lauren is the creator of InBodied Yoga®, a body positive approach to movement that supports the practice of living peacefully in the body. She is uniquely qualified to provide adjunctive yoga therapy to individuals in eating disorder recovery.
